APPLY FOR WHOLESALE ACCESS

I understand that I am permitted — but not required — to resell products purchased from Vantoryn directly to consumers through my own website or storefront, without needing Vantoryn's prior approval.

I acknowledge Vantoryn's pricing policy: Vantoryn continues selling to accounts that advertise its products at or above the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), and may, at its own discretion, decline future orders from or stop selling to any account it identifies advertising below MAP. This is Vantoryn's own policy, not a price commitment I am agreeing to as a contract term.

Separately, I agree that in any resale, I will use only Vantoryn- or manufacturer-approved product descriptions and claims, with nothing added or embellished, and that Vantoryn may review my public pricing and marketing and revoke my DTC resale privilege if I violate this.
