Because these are professional-grade cosmetics, we accept returns only on unopened, unused product with the manufacturer's seal intact, requested within 14 days of delivery. For product safety and authenticity, opened or used items cannot be returned. Damaged or defective product is covered — notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or credit it. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back.
